SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch your order 2-4 working days from the point at which you made the purchase.

 

You will receive an email confirmation when the order has been dispatched, which will be sent to the email provided when you made the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To return your item, please contact us at hello@bayapparel.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning an item. 

Damages and issues
 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we resolve this as soon as possible. 

 

Exchanges
 

You can return the item you have purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you that your refund is on its way, providing the item has been returned unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received, with the labels still intact. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
