1. Payment & Order Information

 

Any credit or debit card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Other than the last four digits of your card number (shown on the your invoice) no card information is stored by Bay Apparel.

 

Paypal payments take place on an external URL (the Paypal site) and, none of this information is stored by Bay Apparel.

 

For the purposes of processing a customer order, we will collect and hold details of a customers name, address and occasionally other contact details.

If you have an account with us it is possible for us to see the information below:

• Customer since (date of first order)

• Total spent

• Date of last order

• Number of orders

• Average order value

• All saved shipping addresses.

• All saved payment methods and billing addresses (as above we can only view the last four digits of a card - shown on the order invoice). Other payment information is securely stored by Stripe and we do not have access to this at Bay Apparel.
